Who is behind Plumsay

Plumsay is offered by two companies, one Swiss and one American, so that customers on both sides of the Atlantic have a contracting partner in their own legal area. Customers in Switzerland and the European Union contract with Swiss Techies GmbH; customers in the United States and the rest of the world contract with Kern Operations LLC.

Swiss Techies GmbH and Kern Operations LLC are represented by their managing directors as entered in the respective register.

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
